Baggage Dimensions

Standard checked baggage linear dimension must be under 158 cm (62 in.).

NB: Linear dimensions refer to the sum of baggage’s length (L), width (W) and depth (D).

Checked baggage exceeding 158 cm (62 in.) but under 292 cm (115 in.) will be considered oversized. Fees will apply, see below.

All baggage exceeding a linear dimension of 292 cm (115 in.) will be refused.

Baggage Weight

Standard checked baggage must weigh under 23kg (50lbs).

Checked baggage exceeding 23kg (50lbs) but under 32kg (70lbs) will be considered overweight. Fees will apply, see below.

All baggage exceeding 32kg (70lbs) will be refused.

Please note that extra, overweight and special baggage may be space or weight restricted.  If you have extra baggage, please advise your travel agents before your departure. No excess baggage that has not been previously checked will be accepted at the check-in counter. 

Additional Information

OWG will carry these exceptions, free of charge, for these types of travelers:

Travelers Exceptions
Infants (0 to 2 years old) Infants are allowed one carry-on baggage, free of charge. The bag must have a maximum linear dimension of 115 cm (45 in.). 

Infants are also allowed a baby pushchair (fully collapsible), stroller, or carrier basket. The combined weight of these items must not exceed 10kg (22 lbs).

Ex. Baby gear (e.g. stroller, baby seat, car seat, playpen)

Persons with Disability In addition to the free allowance previously listed, persons with disability can carry a mobility equipment

Ex. Manual or electric wheelchair¹, mobility aids, crutches or an orthopedic device, crutches, walking canes, walkers, back support gear, wheelchair back inserts, braces, personal medical equipment.
