Today I would like to say thank you to those who took the gamble of boarding our first OWG flights to Cuba.
You have faced a number of new measures and last-minute changes in a world in constant upheaval. It is clear that you are adventurers. Thank you for following instructions on our flights and for calming the presence of other travelers. Thank you also for your comments, which have greatly helped us to make several small improvements.
The current discontinuation of flights allows us to prepare ourselves thoroughly for the eventual resumption of our operations to the south. Thank you for your patience.
We look forward to seeing you again and having the opportunity to once again be at the heart of your travel experience. In the meantime, please take care of yourselves.
